The name and surname, TR ID number and contact information shared by those calling the Asist Bilgi Teknolojileri Call Center are processed strictly for;
- a) Addressing the caller correctly,
b) Confirmation of the call and determination of the number of calls for statistical purposes,
c) Carrying out our information consultancy service,
d) Use as evidence in any potential disputes.
These personal data are not shared with third parties.
These personal data are processed non-automatically by telephone, based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the Law, stating that “it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.
You can send your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK “regulating the rights of the data subject” to Asist Bilgi Teknolojileri by filling out the application form on our website in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” and sending it to info@asistbt.com.tr
